This patient chose breast augmentation in Hingham to achieve fuller, natural-looking breasts. Her goals centered on improved breast shape and restored volume. The procedure used highly cohesive silicone gel implants, also known as "gummy bear" implants, both sized at 385 cc. Implants were placed under the muscle using an inframammary incision for discreet scarring. Dr. Guenther performed the surgery with a no-touch insertion technique using a funnel to minimize contact and support sterility throughout the process.
