Male in 20s unhappy with nose after multiple prior rhinoplasties. Underwent secondary rhinoplasty utilizing rib cartilage to correct saddle nose deformity and overresected nasal tip. Specifically requested re-creation of more masculine and "ethnic" nasal dorsum.
